Helen Nelson graduated from the University of Brighton UK in 1998 and worked in the NHS as a Rotational Physiotherapist then a Senior in Neurological Rehabilitation in patients and outpatients, community and mental health. On emigrating to Perth WA in 2009 Helen has been successful in a number of roles including in private practise, teaching Clinical Pilates, community physiotherapy groups. Helen
