CSWA Sport, Fitness and Recreation Workforce Forum
We are bringing together industry, training and government organisations to facilitate conversations about the future of the sport, fitness and recreation workforce and explore practical steps needed to strengthen it.

This forum aims to identify what is needed to:
• influence future training and workforce investment
• strengthen and diversify pathways into the industry
• attract and retain a sustainable workforce
• support targeted, ongoing advocacy
• unlock collaboration across sectors, including health and community services

Through industry insights, case studies and interactive discussions, participants will identify current challenges and explore practical actions to support workforce development.
