Monday – HIIT 389: A longer-interval HIIT session focused on sustaining high output for 30 seconds at a time, teaching you to pace, regulate effort and maintain clean movement under fatigue.

Tuesday – Hyper (M) 108: Foundational hypertrophy training that challenges stability across all planes of motion, reinforcing controlled reps, muscular tension and strong positional awareness.

Wednesday – Cardio U (A) 164: Aerobic conditioning with changing work-to-rest ratios, designed to improve heart rate control, pacing strategy and efficient movement under longer efforts.

Thursday – Strength (UB) 468: Upper body strength progression centred on building load across sets while maintaining strict pressing and pulling mechanics.

Friday – Balanced 237: A control-focused session linking stability work to skill development in the barbell back squat and kettlebell swing to build strong movement foundations.

Saturday – SE 192: Extended work intervals with reduced rest to develop muscular endurance
