Grateful to run a Speed Clinic while in Brisbane with the Female u13s.u15s.u17s lastnight.. was awesome to be apart of their pre season preparation..
We focused on ACCELERATION and the leg mechanics for the first 5m - 10m, then threw in some Plyometrics to encourage hip projection...
the athletes were engaged with great effort.

Alkimos Speed and Agility session went smoothly.. great effort from our athletes who were a good mix of new and experienced athletes.
