I have created ‘HB Female Football Development’ to provide girls in Western Australia more opportunities to play and develop their football skills. This program is developed by female athletes for females, with the emphasis upon skill development whilst incorporating a mind and body approach. Developing a program that promotes awareness around mental strength and resilience is just as important to us.

📝 Please note that our latest program 'Train Like an AFLW Player' has been postponed.
🧠 We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a program that promotes a high work rate, strong work ethic, professionalism and an overall understanding of what it takes to train and play at the highest level!
⚡ For this, we want to host the program at the premier training facility and the home and heart of the West Coast Eagles, Mineral Resources Park.
😔 Unfortunately, the venue is undergoing a revamp for the remainder of 2021 and is unavailable as a result.
👀 Please keep an eye out for updates on when the next program will be released, early 2022!
