This month we’re encouraging everyone to take a moment to reflect on how they are moving their bodies. Are you moving enough? A reminder that movement doesn’t have to be perfect - every little bit counts.

Whether it’s a walk along the beach, stretching at home, gym classes or walking to the shop instead of driving. Finding ways to move can have such a positive impact on both physical and mental well-being 💚

Meet Lisa - Senior Physiotherapist

Lisa is a Senior Physiotherapist with a caring, energetic and vibrant personality. Having graduated from University College Dublin with a first class Honours degree in 2011, she gained an internship alongside a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Dublin. Here she gained vast experience in back and neck pain, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain management.

Lisa is a Clinical Pilates instructor who’s passion is hard to match! She has further interests and extensive experience in women’s health issues and chronic pain, and approaches the treatment of her patients holistically with a variety of techniques ranging from manual therapy and myofascial release, to dry needling and massage and specific functional exercise prescription.

Therapy WA is excited to announce Mobile Physiotherapy across the South West region (Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Bunbury and surrounds).

Tash is a Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, particularly within the disability, NDIS and community space.

✨ Areas of Expertise:
• Neurological conditions (E.g. Autism, Intellectual disability, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's Disease, Brain injury, Spinal-cord injury, Neuro-muscular conditions and more).
• Aged care/ community based rehabilitation
• Complex cases

Private referrals are welcome, with flexible mobile Physiotherapy services delivered in your home or community environment.
