Hey everyone, it’s Pauline here from Cuisine Hub 💛

It’s been a little quiet on this page lately, and I just wanted to give you a quick update.

Since March, we’ve started sending our little boy, Jordan, to daycare a couple of days a week, and I had high hopes of using that time to create more content for Cuisine Hub. But as life would have it, Jordan has been sick nearly every week since starting daycare — and when he recovers, I usually catch the bug too 😅

It’s been a cycle of one week on, one week off, and anyone who’s looked after a sick baby knows how draining it can be. Most days, I end up completely wiped out, with little to no energy left for editing or filming. My last post was the story of The Woodpeckers - Woodfired Restaurant and Cafe, and since then I’ve been struggling to find the energy to finish the other videos waiting in my drive. (A big sorry to the amazing businesses who generously shared your stories — I haven't forgotten you!)

For the next couple of months, Cuisine Hub might not be posting business stories as regularly. But I’m exploring ways to create smaller pieces of content from home while looking after Jordan — just keeping things flexible for now.

Thank you so much for sticking around and supporting this little project of mine. I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been working on when the time is right ✨

With love,
Pauline

🎉 Milestone Moment! 🎉

Yay! I’m so happy to see the views on my most recent food story featuring Woodpeckers—it’s reached 169 views on Youtube in just 4 days! 😍
This is officially the most viewed video for Cuisine Hub so far, and to me, that’s something worth celebrating! 🥳

I started making my very first video back in September 2024, and the past 7 months have been a huge learning journey. From figuring out how to reach out to people (and handling the rejections too 😅), to filming, editing, and learning the ropes of social media—it’s been challenging but incredibly rewarding.

I know 169 views might not seem like a big number compared to many YouTubers out there, but for me, it represents growth, effort, and progress. And I’m proud of that. 💛

Thanks to everyone who’s watched, liked, and supported my journey so far. More stories to come—one video at a time. 🎥🍴✨
