Men love to say women gossip too much. đ But honestly? Some of the worst gossips Iâve ever met are men.
I knew a guy who mocked all his friends behind their backs. Once, he even told his kind, considerate mate to âstop being so nice to his womanâ because it made the rest of them look bad. Translation: please lower the bar so we can keep being mediocre without getting caught.
So no, women arenât the queens of gossip. Humans gossip. Men just call it âbanterâ and think it doesnât count. đ

I once knew a guy who bragged that heâd found the âkeyâ to keeping a woman. His secret? Do slightly better than terrible, because the bar for men is so low that women would settle for the bare minimum.
Thatâs not cleverâitâs manipulative, lazy, and gross. Women donât want crumbs. Respect, kindness, and effort arenât âextra credit,â theyâre the baseline.
If the best thing you can brag about is being slightly better than awful, congratulationsâyouâve proven exactly what you are. đ

What does a relationship mean to me? Itâs a journey where two people grow, support, and uplift each other, not just when life is easy, but especially when itâs tough. We all deserve to be happy; every single one of us. We are beautiful beings, full of grace and light, deserving of love that nurtures our souls, encourages our dreams, and accepts us as we are. â¤ď¸
Love should never tear us down or make us feel small. It should be a safe place where we can grow into our best selves. So, hereâs to finding that kind of love and remembering that weâre all worthy of it. Letâs never settle for less than what we deserve. đŤ

No one is an island. We weren't meant to walk this journey alone. Yet, how often do we hesitate to reach out, to ask for help, or to simply share whatâs weighing on our hearts? We worry about being a burden, about showing vulnerability, about not having it all together.
But hereâs the truth: we all have our moments of doubt and despair. And in those moments, it's okay to lean on others. It's okay to be vulnerable and admit when we need support. Weâre all in this together, and sometimes, just knowing that can make all the difference. đ
