Big news from our team today.

We've been awarded a $5m Housing Innovation Fund grant from the WA Government to help us build a brand-new Advanced Modular Housing Facility in Landsdale.

What that actually means: more West Aussie families into a quality home, faster. More local jobs in advanced manufacturing. More homes built right here in WA, including for the regional communities who feel the housing crunch the hardest (more than half of our homes already head out beyond the metro).

This is the kind of project we got into modular housing to be part of. A huge thank you to the Cook Government, to every PIQUE and Fox Modular team member who got us here, and to the customers who've trusted us with 1,400+ homes so far.

The best bit? We're only just getting started.

At Fox, we’re all about delivering smart, efficient solutions for both residential and commercial buildings - and this Hammond Park project is a perfect example.

Karen and Chris approached us for an affordable and streamlined approach to provide an extension to their childcare facility.

This project involved strict regulations, plus a key requirement to create a 100sqm open-plan space with no internal support posts.

Phew! Needless to say, our Fox team worked some serious magic, ticking all the compliance boxes while maintaining efficiency in both costs and time. 🦊
