RPM Fabrication

Dan's S15 was in the shop recently for some finishing mods, such a clean car already with some neat fabrication already completed nice to put my touch on things.

Running a built 2jz sporting a rather large gtx47, power glide and irs rear end, dan is planning on bolting on some radial slicks at the drag strip.

On the list for us to complete.

* Mount dry sump tank and fab mount for dry sump pump.
* Mount peterson prime pump oil filter housing.
* Fabricate crossmembers to mount water to air cooler.
* Fab 3.5" intercooler plumbing and 6" air feed for turbo.
* Fab coolant lines to rear mounted radiator.
* Fabricate containment tray below engine.

Custom exhaust on a AMG G Wagon!?... 👍

Twin 3" stainless dump pipes off the turbos into 3" mufflers, then using the factory bi modal valves we built a bypass exhaust around the second mufflers, so with a touch of a button can increase flow and sound. Finishing the exhaust out under the side steps, we then built some custom exhaust tips that compliment the stream line curves of the wagon....

Smoothed engine bay.
Custom alli radiator.
T56 crossmember and clutch setup.
Alli drop tank.
Stainless headers.
Stainless exhaust using oval pipe for mid section.
