How are your brakes looking - when was the last time you had them checked?

A recent customer came in with reported brake noise and as you can see there's absolutely nothing left (brake pads worn away to bare metal). You don't really want reduced braking performance in any situation, but especially was we're heading into worse weather where things can get a little crazy on the road.

A dangerous situation that was turned around quickly, leading to a safer car and a happy customer!
