Wishing everyone a happy and safe new year.

It’s been a massive year of challenge and change.

I’ld like to say I balanced full time teaching, clients, moving, injuries, COVID and long COVID, some weeks were a little more successful than others.

For the next few weeks my doggo and I will be starting our days here. Time for some rest and recovery in our happy place.

I’ll be back in the clinic mid January and look forward to seeing you then.
