Amber’s passion lies in providing a safe and nurturing space for others to rest, relax, reconnect with themselves, and awaken their inner power.

Her belief is true wellbeing comes from listening to the body, calming the nervous system, and honouring the soul.

Beginning her journey in beauty therapy in 2010, Amber developed experience in facials, skin treatments, and IPL therapies. Her passion for holistic wellbeing soon led her to evolve into crystal therapy, mediumship, and nervous system-focused treatments.

The Exhale Room, a space where relaxation, clinical knowledge, and intuition come together in harmony.

Each treatment is designed to soothe not only the body, but the soul, offering clients a deeply restorative experience that encourages rest, reconnection, and healing from within using body treatments and Japanese/Scandinavian Head Spa Treatments.
