We install commercial and civil fencing for construction sites and commercial landscapers across Perth.

No residential work.

What you must have
• Proven fencing installation experience
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy work
• Your own transport to get to work (unless you earn a ute)
• Ability to run offsiders respectfully and efficiently
• High standards — you’ll be held accountable
• Fit into a respectful, no-ego team
• Ideally based near Neerabup

Your dayStart at the yard 5:30am–6:00am
Head to site in company vehicles with materials or machinery
Install fencing as per job sheets
Return to yard to unload and prep
Finish typically between 2:00pm–4:00pm

🚧 PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL FENCING

📦 Total Package: $140K–$170K+
💰 Base $110K–$130K + Super

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Fencing Project Manager to join the team and manage multiple live jobs and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role — office and on-site. You’ll coordinate crews, meet clients, solve problems, and keep delivery moving.

🔑 Your Focus

• Manage scheduling across multiple concurrent fencing projects
• Oversee 6-8 Team Leads and their TAs
• Work daily with the Site Supervisor on quality & ex*****on
• Act as the operational contact for engineers, client-side project managers and development managers
• Be the face of the company on site and with clients
• Protect delivery timelines and margin

No weekend work
Strong pipeline
Clear pathway into senior leadership

• 3–5+ years commercial fencing experience
• Trade subcontractor background
• Experience managing multiple crews
• Strong understanding of drawings & sequencing
• White Card + Driver’s License

Looking for Trade Assistants
