Rosh has been part of the Equality Life family for almost three years, beginning her journey as a Support Worker before stepping into her current role as Care Coordinator 🌟

Her compassion, dedication, and strong leadership skills make a positive impact every single day — not only for our participants, but for our entire team. Rosh leads with heart, supports with kindness, and always brings a smile to the office 😊
