Today we say farewell to Tyler as he heads to begin an exciting new chapter in Cairns.

Over his time with Cold Phase Industries, Tyler has been a valued member of our team, bringing a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a willingness to tackle whatever challenges came his way. His contribution to the business, our clients, and the team has been greatly appreciated, and he will certainly be missed around the workshop and out on site.

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited for the opportunities that lie ahead for him and wish him nothing but success in this next stage of his career and life.

No prior skills? No drama.
Already an apprentice? Even better — we’ll take ya to the next level!

Here’s what you’ll be tackling:
🔌 Electrical installs, repairs and Maintenece
❄️ Keeping fridges, Ice Machines freezers and cold rooms, working
🌬️ Air-con installs that’ll make your mates jealous
🚑 Emergency breakdowns when the pubs beers are hot

We want:
👍 A good attitude (cheers!)
👍 Willingness to learn everything
👍 An apprentice spirit — hard working but no drama
👍Current Drivers Licence

We offer:
💡 Real onsite training
👷 A crew that actually likes each other
🍗 Occasional banter (and maybe a snag or two)
