🌍🧡 World MS Day 🧡🌍
Today, we stand together in support of World MS Day — a global movement raising awareness for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

MS is a complex neurological condition that affects the central nervous system and can impact movement, sensation, vision, cognition, and fatigue levels. No two journeys with MS are the same — which is why personalised, multidisciplinary care is so important.
At our clinic, our team of:🧠 Physiotherapists,💪 Exercise Physiologists,🦶 Podiatrists and🩺 Dietitians
work collaboratively to support individuals living with MS at every stage.

We focus on:
✔️ Maintaining strength and mobility
✔️ Managing fatigue
✔️ Supporting balance and coordination
✔️ Optimising communication and swallowing
✔️ Enhancing independence and quality of life

To those living with MS, their families, and carers — we see you, we support you, and we are here to help.
If you or someone you know would benefit from a coordinated allied health approach, reach out to our team today.
💙 Together, we move towards better understanding, better care, and better outcomes.

🌍World Nutrition Day

World Nutrition Day feels like a good reminder that improving your nutrition doesn't have to mean overhauling your entire life.

Most people think they need a brand new diet starting Monday. In reality, small changes done consistently tend to be the ones that actually stick.
One extra serve of vegetables at dinner
Adding protein to your breakfast
Swapping a sugary drink for water a few times a week

Packing a snack so you're not starving by 3pm
They seem small, but they add up quickly.

Research consistently shows that sustainable behaviour change comes from gradual habit shifts, not extreme short-term diets. And interestingly, studies have found that even adding just one extra serve of vegetables per day is linked with better long-term health outcomes.

So if you want to celebrate World Nutrition Day today, don't worry about doing everything perfectly.

Just pick one small change that your future self will thank you for.

What's one thing you could add or tweak in your day today?
