Last night was a private Japanese Yakitori Charcoal BBQ experience with one of my wonderful regular guests and their family. 🇯🇵🔥

Yakitori may look simple, but every skewer tells a story.

From learning the traditional grilling techniques to hearing the sound of the charcoal, smelling the smoky aroma, and sharing laughs around the grill—it's so much more than just cooking.

And the best part?

Enjoying juicy, freshly grilled yakitori the moment it comes off the charcoal. Nothing compares to that first bite.

These are the moments that turn a meal into a memory.

Last night, I held my very first Sukiyaki Cooking Class in Buderim.

On a cold winter night, everyone gathered around the hotpot, sharing delicious sukiyaki together.

The happy vibes were amazing — and the more people we had, the stronger that beautiful energy became.

I’m so grateful everyone enjoyed it.

Just living in the moment... with sukiyaki. 🍲✨

Last night was a beautiful winter evening filled with charcoal-grilled yakitori, laughter, and wonderful conversations. 🔥🍢

We also had the pleasure of celebrating one of our guests’ birthdays together. 🎉

There was something special about sharing freshly grilled yakitori, enjoying good company, and creating memories around the table on a cool Sunshine Coast winter night.

Thank you everyone for making it such a lovely evening. 😊

Our next Yakitori Night will be on Monday 13 July at 6:00 PM at Bar Deco, Yandina.

As I mentioned in my previous post, here is a short video of the beautiful Alsahwa Estate
🌿✨

Such an inspiring property surrounded by nature, with a beautiful concept of Mind. Body. Planet.

It was wonderful to experience the space in person and feel the potential for future collaboration.

Japanese food, wellness, farm-to-table, and meaningful connection…

I’m excited to see what we can create together.

Stay tuned 🌿🍲✨
