Hi I’m Caitlin 👋🏻

I’m currently studying Physiotherapy and recently started working at Hello as a Pilates instructor! When I’m not in the studio, you’ll most likely find me at the gym (or at the shops🛍️🫣), getting coffee with my friends, or hanging out with my cats Toby & Charlie🐾

I’m a huge Grey’s Anatomy fan and my favourite food is vodka pasta🍝

I first discovered Pilates as a client here! Growing up as a dancer with a love of movement, Pilates quickly became a passion of mine, allowing me to help people feel strong, confident, and achieve their goals💪
