Job Description
Manage confirmed orders once transitioned over from the Sales, the Customer or ordered online
Confirming job requirements and updating order information
Manage orders through production, resolve production issues, provide job status to sales, monitor the job through production Establish credibility and a strong working relationship with customers. To answer the queries of Australian Customers via E-mail and Calls
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Assist the Managers as required
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role
Inbound Call industry experience is an advantage
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows-based computer packages
