Seishin-Ryu is a non contact style which is founded from the principles of two main traditional Karate styles originated from Okinawa Japan. Shotokan having the characteristics of linear, hard and strong techniques whereas Goju is round and flowing in technique. Seishin-Ryu Karate held their Xmas end of year class.
