It’s always a joy to see our work placed within thoughtfully considered interiors by interior designers and art consultants. Experiencing our pieces in these beautifully resolved homes reveals how textiles and objects can enhance a space, bringing materiality, tone, and form into a cohesive design language.
We were delighted to have Pia Watson of .studiosoleil feature our and in her Rozelle project, recently showcased on The Design Files. This renovation of a classic worker’s cottage embraces the essence of modern Australian design, with a playful approach to colour and texture. Head to Studio Soleil’s profile to see more of Pia’s stunning work.

We’re excited to be presenting a curation of work, Material Memory, at this April-May.
As fibre artists working at a sculptural and installation scale, this presentation marks a meaningful moment for us. SABBIA has long championed leading Australian and First Nations artists working in glass and ceramics, and in recent years has expanded its commitment to fibre practice. To contribute to that evolving dialogue feels both generous and aligned.
In Material Memory, we’re unveiling a series of large-scale sculptural and installation-based works alongside more intimate pieces that reveal the quieter nuances of our collaborative process. Together, these works explore material knowledge, experimentation, and cultural continuity — ideas that continue to shape our practice.
Material Memory will be on view at SABBIA from 15 April to 9 May 2026. The launch coincides with the much-anticipated solo exhibitions Possible Object by Tim Edwards and Suburban Squall by Chrystie Longworth.
Please join us at the opening launch:
