Quick bit of Friday night fundraising! It’s the Memory Walk & Jog tomorrow - I’ve been taking part in this fundraising event for a few years now. It’s always emotional, and this year will be even more so, but it’s also heartwarming. There’ll be tears but I’m looking forward to walking and remembering.

The walk raises money for Dementia Australia so please jump on and donate or come and join the walk!

All funds raised through the event goes to Dementia Australia to support their work in information, education, and support services such as individual counselling and group therapy sessions.

They’re on a mission to find treatments, slow the progression, improve diagnosis and ultimately cure dementia.
