We’re excited to share a glimpse of our ongoing apartment project in the heart of Werribee’s activity centre. Designed by CPWDesign Architects, this development brings together:

🌱 Sustainability & community – Integrated green spaces and communal areas designed to enhance resident wellbeing.
📐 Architectural detailing – Clean lines, layered facades, and a balance between form and function.
🌏Contextual response – A design that respects the evolving streetscape while contributing to the vibrancy of the neighbourhood.

This is still a work in progress, and we’re refining the design to deliver a project that meets both council requirements and community aspirations.

Suzhou Yin’s Residence Project – Ground Floor Living Area

The ground floor has been envisioned as both a grand stage for entertaining and a personal sanctuary for the family. Designed to host 宴会 (banquets) and formal gatherings, the layout reflects the owners’ high social standing, with generous living and dining spaces made for welcoming guests in style.

At the same time, the design carefully preserves a sense of intimacy and personal comfort — honoring the female owner’s wish for a home that feels warm, personal, and refined.

Highlights:

High and layered ceilings – months of exploration led to a design that preserves the ceiling height while introducing layers of depth, light, and drama for a truly theatrical effect.

Flexible living areas – spaces that can transition seamlessly between family life and large-scale entertaining.

Balance of grandeur and intimacy – every detail works to create a home that is both prestigious and deeply personal.
