PRE ORDER -
As mentioned in the About Us tab of the website, we are a small business who stock limited pieces and whilst we are starting off and getting a feel of what our customers love, we will be running off a pre order system. This will also allow us to keep up with the ever changing trends and seasons in Women's fashion.
Please take the time to read the information below with regards to how the pre order system works.
WHAT IS PREORDER?:
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or is made to order. Pre-order can also be for items that have sold out quickly and are in high demand. Our pre order styles will state that they are for pre order on the product page.
PRE ORDER TIME FRAME
Most of our items on pre order can take approximately 2 - 5 weeks to come in, however we will always endeavour to get your items to you ASAP as we know what it is like when you can't wait to receive a new purchase!
Please note that there may be unforseen circumstances which are out of our control, however if your item is anticipated to arrive outside of the estimated delivery times we have provided, we will be sure to communicate this to you.

CANCELLING YOUR PREORDER:
When you order a pre order item you are committing to a purchase from Gray.Label Store.
Pre order payments secure your items and as such any cancellation will result in a fee of $9.95.
Please email [email protected] you would like to have your order cancelled.
We will require your full name and order number as a reference.
