Still a work in progress, but we're getting there!
Just wanted to share a little peek at where things are at on site. Yeah, it's a bit of a mess right now — but that's just part of the process, and honestly, I love seeing it come together piece by piece.
A huge shoutout to the team over at PhaseOne Electricall — these guys have been absolute legends on this project. Hardworking, reliable, and they really take pride in what they do. Couldn't ask for better people to have on the tools. ⚡

Every project has something about it that stands out.
For this one, it’s the simplicity of the form and how the cladding wraps the building so cleanly. What looks straightforward from the outside actually takes a lot of coordination between design, structure, and trades to get right.
Details like the recessed balcony, the angled supports, and the way the garage integrates into the façade all needed careful planning during construction.
Projects like this are a good reminder that good building is often about **getting the simple things right.**

A clean kitchen like this always looks simple once it’s finished.
But getting there takes a lot of coordination behind the scenes.
Joinery, appliances, lighting, stone, and services all need to work together properly. When the planning and the trades align, the space just feels right.
Really happy with how this one came together. Clean, practical, and built to last.

Most people walk into a bathroom and just see the finished space.
I tend to notice the work behind it.
The alignment between trades.
The small details that had to be thought through.
The materials that needed to come together properly.
This Glen Iris renovation was a good example of that. Warm timber, textured tiles, clean lines — simple on the surface, but a lot of care went into getting it right.
Really proud of my team who delivered this one.
It’s always satisfying seeing a space come together the way it was intended.
