Annie studied Fashion Arts in Vancouver in the 90’s and is inspired by street style , vintage designs and unconventional designers. Annie has created Sew this Pattern to bring current trends and playful creations to the sewing world by providing patterns that are exciting and directional. The patterns are mostly designed for advanced beginners to intermediate sewers with basic instructions, photographs and illustrations provided.

Visited a tienda (shop) with Bernina sewing machines and met Cristina from JL Quilts in Madrid.
She was so lovely suffering my spanglish and we chatted about how I work for Bernina Australia and her Brother works for Bernina in the US. Happy I made the effort to find them and learn about the shop’s family roots. 😃 🧵

I will never hand sew another button on ever again! I’ve always been a little hesitant sewing buttons on the machine but my Bernina 570QE sews them on perfectly and it was so easy.
