Awesome lunch with Tony Rabah yesterday - the CEO of the in the flesh..

This was our first F2F after the lockdown.. we talked about life, business, politics and had a good laugh (I choked 😂) in our good old BS and PC free zone.

This month, I caught-up with many of my male friends for coffees and lunches to support the challenge.. it was a good excuse to stop being so consumed with work and see my guy friends 😊

I absolutely loved seeing my friends and having so many DnMs, hugs and laughters..

I grew up with boys in country Egypt (2 brothers and 12 boy cousins), they taught me to play soccer ⚽️, Atari and how to throw punches ( I suck at them all).. it was rough 😂😅 but they also taught me the value of . I love them and loved watching them grow into amazing men. We always talk and have each other backs, physical location is no boundary to us.

Sadly, this isn’t the case for most men. Society dictates silence as a sign of masculinity and even scrutinizes men who talk. It is often forgotten that men’s mental health is a vital element of our society’s wellbeing.

8 years ago, Tony talked about men’s mental health awareness with exceptional passion, and unlike all talker, he followed through and created The Male Hug.

Thanks, Tony for your amazing work and for changing the landscape for many men! You are an and I love what you do ❤️

Another great event by .. This year, there were laughs, tears, valuable lessons and meeting and bonding with some exceptional individuals 🤩 collaborating with other SMSF auditors.. I ran out of business cards half way through the conference but also realized that no need to have a business card when you’re capable of leaving an impression 😊 (ie loud and opinionated🤭🙈).. you don’t need a band when the music is in you 🤣🤣 Great speakers
