- The $15,000 Home Builder Grant has been created for new contracts from January 1st 2021 to March 31st 2021
- An increase to the property price cap from $750,000 to $850,000

Kingbird's Parkside Precinct Release is set to launch on Saturday 10th October at 11am.

Easing of restrictions means that you can now attend face-to-face inspections and appointments.

A few things to keep in mind:
- A house-member or partner and children can also attend, with a time limit of 15 minutes.
- The Victorian Government has confirmed that you can travel outside of your 5km radius to visit the Kingbird Estate.
- All appointment attendees must sanitise on arrival, wear a face mask, and record their details for contact tracing purposes.
