Two Medicare updates your practice needs to know about.

✔️ Already live: From 2 June, the MyMedicare patient registration form has been updated by the Department of Health and Aged Care. If you use HotDoc's digital registration, you're already covered — no action needed. If you use paper forms, download the latest version from Services Australia.

📆 Coming 1 July 2026: New Medicare Assignment of Benefit (AoB) changes will introduce digital consent workflows for bulk billing. HotDoc will support compliant consent collection through our Medicare Hub in the HotDoc Dashboard.
