We believe food is sacred and should be respectfully & responsible produced without chemicals. Our urban market garden is on the edge of the urban sprawl in Clyde, Victoria.. We maintain the practice of growing food organically, using bio-intensive cropping methods to maximise land use and #regenerative soil practices to reduce water usage and increases nutrient density = tasty. David's main focus is to develop a truly sustainable food production system outside the current corporate run food system using grassroots methods. Doing things responsibly and ethically by putting humans and land care first. We use human strength & intelligence rather than large machinery and we focus on quality & people care over profit. We rely on hand tools and natures 4 seasons, without intervention or use of any chemicals or synthetic fertilisers, we take our time to grow food at natural speed. We aim to produce the healthiest nutritionally rich food available on the planet, while always maintaining an open mind to improving and learning new and better ways for current and future generations to benefit. David Da Eira has many years of experience in the health and organic industry. He has studied & practiced sustainability, permaculture, organic growing, biodynamics, natural farming and soil food web biology and is always looking to improve and implement cleaver farming methods. He's a passionate speaker on the keys to living a balanced, healthy lifestyle and how to care for community and build strong networks.

Through our veggies we aim to educate and inspire others to move 'back' to organic food. We've developed a way to make it easy and convenient for locals to access organics, via our weekly market stalls.
