Your numbers this week aren't a guess - they're built from your own AMRAP performance over the last 5 weeks. Follow the sets on the board, trust the ramp, and give the top set everything. This is the week the work shows up. Let's go. πŸ’ͺ

πŸ’₯ Metcon Monday is RE-TEST DAY! We're revisiting our Workout of the Week from Week 2 to see if you can beat your original time. Time to put your hard work to the test and see how far you've come!

πŸ’ͺ Strength sessions have an intentional de-load this week as we prepare for final testing next week. Trust the process, recover well, and get ready to perform.

And remember – it doesn't matter if you've tracked every session or missed a few along the way. What matters is that you keep showing up. Every class is another opportunity to get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
