Do you need to exfoliate???

Short answer: yes! But it does depend on your skin type as to which one will suit you best…

Our bodies are constantly shedding skin. How often we do this depends on our age and what we do to our skin. But there are many, many benefits in helping our skin to do this quicker, ie exfoliation. Have a read to see which one might be for you!

Happy Saturday! 🤍 I had a lovely day in clinic with some of my regulars as well as some new faces. I’ve been quiet lately due to not being able to share my work because of the new regulations. Rest assured I am still dedicated to my usual thorough consultations where my goal is to understand you and how I can help you in your journey. Love my work 💗
