At Smokestak, our smokers are filled in the early hours of the morning with our prime cuts of beef and pork so we can bring you a deliciously tender, juicy stack of meat. The meat is firstly hand rubbed with a selection of spices and then basted in our home-made hickory BBQ sauce. It's then finally cooked 'low and slow' for up to 12 hours to get that perfect stack of "fall off the bone" meat. Free
