GLAD Hip/Knee is a 6-week evidenced-based program focusing on exercise and education for the management of hip and/or knee osteoarthritis provided under the supervision of GLAD certified physiotherapists.
HCF and HBF have started 12 month pilot studies focusing on the benefits of the GLAD hip/knee program for hip/knee osteoarthritis.
