Client required a custom gate lock installation that would self latch and lock with key access from the external side only.
On this gate we installed a carbine gate guard lockbox paired with carbine alpha lever dead latch. The strike was a bit of fun but we got there 😜 IYKYK
Existing SigmaX restricted system that was expanded

Custom Job we completed recently
Custom backing black scar plates used to install new deadbolt and entrance set in place of a failed non replaceable cheap import lever/deadbolt combo.
