Topping off a fantastic year, the Nicholson Real Estate team is proud to be recognised at the REIV Awards for Excellence.

We were successful in both Marketing Campaign of the Year categories: under $10k for 4 Sumner Street, Brunswick East, and over $10k for 630 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North. These campaigns celebrated the history, character and stories behind the homes, and we’re thrilled to see this approach acknowledged.

Our superstar and all-rounder, Rose Hellingman, was nominated for Best Operational Support Award — a well-deserved recognition of her tireless work behind the scenes. And our very own Claire Spring was nominated for Marketer of the Year, a huge honour that reflects the creativity and passion she brings to every campaign.
