Northside Performance Centre was created by Chris Bottomley and Simone Micheli in February 2017. Their mission is to be recognised as the premier semi-private Strength & Conditioning specialists in the northern suburbs of Melbourne through providing evidence based training and nutrition programs. Their vision is to provide a training environment for the serious athlete or trainee to succeed.
