“Stop thinking about pace and start listening to your body, enjoy the run. Everyone gets caught up on pace and constantly looking at their watch. But once you get out there into nature, slow down and take in what your body is allowing you to do and everything will fall into place, and you’ll truly find the beauty of what running is.”
