The Confidence Build Loop changed how I think about developing leaders.

And it might change how you think about yourself.

Here is how it works:

🔵 CLARITY — Know your strengths and values. What do you do well? What do you stand for?

🔵 ACTION — Do the thing. Imperfectly if necessary. Before you feel ready.

🔵 EVIDENCE — What went well? What did you learn? Record it somewhere you can see it.

🔵 BELIEF — Update your self-perception based on real data — not feelings.

↩ Then repeat at a higher level.

The myth tells women to start at Belief — to wait until they feel confident before they act.

The reality: you start at Clarity. You act. You collect evidence. You build belief.

And the loop compounds.
