In the car listening to Smooth FM and Mariah Carey comes on with Hero! Never really listened to the words before - all I can say is that they are very powerful!

There's a hero

Happy Sunday everyone, after last weeks Reiki course I had learnt how to conduct a distant healing using a candle or teddy bear - whilst I was wandering around Mind Body Spirit festival yesterday, I came across this little guy who stood out to me. He will now help me with my distant healing but I need a name, please send me your suggestions and I will pick out a name that resonates, the person whose name is picked will receive a complimentary distant healing to thank you for your time in assisting me.

The mind is a very powerful tool and we are all guilty of overthinking! Analyzing and asking why?

For us to see clearly we have to release our analytical thoughts and trust what comes from our heart. If it feels right it probably is!

As humans we are great at over complicating situations by pulling them apart. We need to move from the dark into the light releasing any fears and trusting yourself, your inner self!

Enjoy today and start to look at everything with light! Go with your initial thought xx

Sometimes we question why certain people come into our life and why we let ourselves be treated the way we do - the answer is that we are only mirroring what our inner self is feeling about us.

If we don't love ourselves truly then how are we going to find a person who really loves us for who we are!

It is one of the most popular questions I get asked, "Is this person for me" quite frankly you know in your heart if they are or not, but ask yourself if you are being who you truly are, if you are and then my answer would be yes.

If you are just on the lookout for someone and you are not sitting in your own space, you will never find that person.

Start to love yourself for who you are, don't be swayed by other people, look at what you bring to people's lives and never ever change for anyone.
