Last month, Brian and Sepi attended a store re-opening celebration alongside our Community Connect partner, Heart and Soul Community Group.

The event included a cheque presentation recognising the incredible work being done to support people experiencing food insecurity across southern South Australia.

Every Coles store plays an important role in our Community Connect program, helping ensure surplus food reaches local communities instead of going to waste. This support is especially important in southern SA, where the need for food relief continues to grow and services can be limited.

A huge thank you to Store Manager Richard Boyce and the entire team for their ongoing partnership and commitment to supporting the community through SecondBite and Heart and Soul Community Group.

Together, we’re helping make sure more good food reaches people who need it most.

We're hosting Our Family Table, an elevated Italian-inspired dining experience in support of SecondBite, marking its 20-year milestone of getting good food to people who need it.

At the helm is Adam D'Sylva, the celebrated chef behind Coda, Tonka and Decca — whose modern Australian cooking is defined by flavour, restraint and purpose.
