Introducing Ali 👋 our Site Reliability Engineer.

Ali has been involved in IT and developing Intranets since graduating from a BSc Information Systems in2010. The Sope Team call Ali the “Go-To” and no issue is ever too big or small. With an interest in computer science and software engineering, Ali helps our Sope clients identify and resolve technical problems and improve processes and products.

"My goal has always been to help businesses express their objectives through their technology in the cleanest possible way; and to ensure that users are able to understand and enjoy the use of that technology. I want to see our clients succeed, and I want to see them love our product."

Introducing Karen (Kaz) 👋 our Customer Support Manager.

Many of you would recognize Kaz by her optimism, helpfulness, and can-do attitude! Kaz manages Sope's support environment and Help Desk, making sure all of our client's questions are answered and any issues are resolved. She is an expert in SharePoint and works closely with our other Technical Wizard's on solutions for clients.

"I enjoy solving problems and this leads to me constantly learning something new. I am usually the first contact people have via our Support Help Desk, so providing an environment where people are comfortable asking questions is important."
