🦾 Gold Coast Private Welcomes Queensland’s First State-of-the-Art Mako 4 Robot 🦾

Gold Coast Private Hospital is proud to be the first hospital in Queensland – and one of the first in Australia – to acquire the latest-generation Mako 4 robot for robotic-assisted hip and knee replacement surgery.

This means more Gold Coast locals can access world-class surgical care closer to home, with faster recovery times and improved outcomes.

GCPH has been a leader in robotic orthopaedic surgery since 2016, performing over 3,000 robotic hip and knee procedures with its first Mako robot.

The Mako 4 brings even greater surgical precision and advanced capabilities, including support for revision hip replacements and future spine procedures.
