Following the Australian Information Industry Associationโs (AIIA) 2025 recommendations paper, the Department of Government Services (DGS) procurement team collaborated with AIIA members to better understand their challenges with the eServices agreement resulting in multiple mutually beneficial changes to the final agreement.
