I feel like I've had at least 20 conversations (ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration....) with business owners (some past/current clients and some long time lurkers) about their organics....

And one thing is standing out.... ALOT.

I keep hearing the same thing....

"I have someone who is creating the posts... but I have to tell them what to write, what captions to put, what to post, how to make the video look etc etc.... "

And everyone finishes with ... "it's exhausting... and I feel like it's so much effort for something that ins't paying off'.
