In this hands-on, interactive workshop, you'll:

• explore how AI chatbots are transforming public services and customer experiences
• learn the principles behind effective conversation design
• critique and redesign real chatbot interactions
• discuss the ethical challenges of AI, trust and public communication
• discover emerging careers in conversational AI, UX, digital strategy and communication.
