Stephen Dixon and Brett Orzel were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators of Odeum Produce Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) trading as Odeum Farms (Odeum) on 18 September 2023.

Urgent expressions of interest are being sought for offers to restructure or purchase the business and assets of Odeum.

The company supplies fruit and vegetables to major supermarket chains in Western Australia and Nationally.

An Information Memorandum will be provided to those parties who execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement and provide a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Expressions of interest close at 5:00pm on Friday, 29th September 2023.
