Self love is a tough one, the concept of loving yourself is such a foreign idea that most of us struggle with but it has to be one of the most important aspects of living a happy life.

I certainly have struggled with this in the past and you can get caught up in always loving the people around you (which is also important) that you forget you matter too.

So, a note to self - U are brave, U are worthy, U are important
