Level Up Transformation Program
Three weeks in… and the transformation happening inside our Level Up group has been incredible 🚀
As a group, our participants have now lost an amazing 48kg, with an average weight loss of 4.74%. Even more exciting — we now have 7 participants already in the 5–10% weight loss zone 👏
But this program has always been about more than just weight loss. It’s about what people are gaining in their lives.
This week we’ve celebrated participants:
✨ Feeling more comfortable and confident in their routines
✨ Sticking to the plan while socialising and out with friends
✨ Finding cravings fading and resisting foods that used to derail them
✨ Walking more (with very happy dogs 🐶)
✨ Fitting into clothes better and hitting exciting milestones
✨ Getting their families involved and spreading healthy habits at home
✨ Feeling more focused, organised and energised
✨ Learning what it feels like to keep promises to themselves
Even simple things — like getting up off the floor more easily or consistently drinking enough water — are becoming wins worth celebrating.
Alongside the physical transformation, we’re also diving deeper into education and mindset. This week’s mindset topic has been The Power of a Morning Routine — exploring how simple morning habits can positively shape energy, focus, and success throughout the day.
Our education topic this week is Gut Microbiome 🥦 — covering why gut health matters, the science behind it, and practical strategies our participants can use to support better health long term.
This program isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about building a healthier, stronger, more empowered life. And we’re only at Week 3… watch this space 🔥
